AllBright Law Offices has opened its Tokyo office on 31 March, the fourth overseas branch following the establishment of sites in London, Seattle and Singapore.
Senior partner Theresa Qiu, who is the first Chinese woman lawyer authorised by Japan’s justice minister in 1998 to provide PRC legal advice to companies and individuals in Japan, heads the new office.
The latest expansion is dedicated to services including international arbitration and mediation, investigation on the value of assets and the business as well as the financial position of third-party entities or individuals, and legal advice involving PRC law and global treaties. The Tokyo office also facilitates joint services with Japanese law firms.
