Introduction

Aldilla Stephanie Suwana is a senior associate at SSEK. With more than eight years of experience as a lawyer and government expert, she has a multifaceted skill set and advises on global transactions and complex projects in Indonesia.

Aldilla specialises in environmental law and climate change policy, including carbon trading, environmental remediation, and energy. She also has a growing practice in strategic public-private partnership infrastructure projects, restructuring of state-owned enterprises, tech startups, and real estate projects.

With her experience at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and the National REDD+ (Reducing Emissions in Deforestation and Forest Degradation) Agency, Aldilla understands the concerns and workings of both the government and private sector and is able to help clients navigate Indonesia’s complex regulatory environment.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law and a Harvard Law School Fulbright scholar, Aldilla is qualified to practice law in Indonesia and New York.
