Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has hired Trushil Vora as senior chief manager, a new role created by the company to handle its primary and secondary market transactions work.

Vora’s primary role is to work with the investment team, which earlier did not have a member from the legal side to work with them. The position is a step below that of the general counsel.
