  • Fangda Partners represented Gaolin Capital in its acquisition of Suzhou Hongtian Medical Investment Co., Ltd., which is a holding company for a stomatological hospital group. The total transaction consideration is around RMB8 billion. The deal was closed in May 2022. The Fangda team on this deal was led by partner Patrick Li, and team members include Emily Xue, Livi Bao, Scarlett Chang, Xiao Jia and Ariel Yuan. Fangda led the legal due diligence process and handed the design of the transaction structure. The Target Company operates five stomatological hospitals.
