Fangda Partners represented China State-owned Enterprise Mixed Ownership Reform Fund Co., Ltd. (the “Mixed Reform Fund”) participate in the Cornerstone Placing of the listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited of SenseTime. SenseTime is a leading AI software company with a focus on computer vision technologies, which is the largest AI software company in Asia and the largest computer vision software provider in China. SenseTime was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on December 30, 2021 with the stock code 0020.HK. Mixed Reform Fund, as the cornerstone investor, subscribed for the offer shares of this listing with the subscription amount of US$200 million and the subscribed offer shares of 405,153,000, accounting for 1.21% of the total issued share capital following the completion of the global offering of this listing. Fangda team on this deal was led by partners Su Wang, Zhiyi Ren, Arman Lie and Patrick Li, the core team member also includes Allen Wang.
