  • Fangda Partners represented China Integrated Circuit Industry Fund II (“CICIF II”) in its investment in Xiamen Silan Multichip Manufacturing Co., Ltd (“Silan Multichip”). The investment amount of CICIF II is RMB 600 million. The transaction was closed in April, 2022. The Fangda team on this deal was led by partner Xueyan Jiang, and team members include counsel Chao Huang and associate Ellyn Ai. Fangda handled the legal due diligence, negotiation and documentation for this deal. Silan Multichip focuses on the manufacture of 12-inch chips.
