  • Fangda Partners represented Asiainfo Technologies Limited (HKEX Stock Code:1675) (“Asiainfo”) in its acquisition of approximately 94.23% of the equity interests of iResearch Consulting at a total consideration of RMB511,780,400. The transaction was signed and publicized on 14 January 2022. The Fangda team on this deal was led by partners Chen Bao and Yanjun Zhuang, key team members including Judy Li, Ding Wang, Kai Wang, Huihui Li, Daisy Shi, Michelle Wu and Sandy Peng. Fangda handled legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating of transaction documents. Asiainfo is one of the largest telecom software product and related service provider in China. iResearch consulting is a Chinese leading brand in digital insight research and consulting for the new economy and industry.
