In a recent bid results announcement, China Certification & Inspection (Group) Co., Ltd. awarded the mandate to DeHeng as its external counsel.
The open bid was organized by China Certification & Inspection (Group) Co., Ltd. to prevent legal risks in its daily operation and special business and to look for professional services in the following six areas: corporate/commercial business; compliance, labor and legal risk control; listed companies, finance & securities and funds; investment, M&A and equity transfer; intellectual property, anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition, and consumer rights protection; foreign-related investment and overseas legal protection.
DeHeng’s bidding teams were shortlisted in all the six areas. The teams shortlisted in the areas of corporate/commercial business and compliance; investment, M&A and equity transfer, listed companies, finance & securities and funds were led by partner Zhao Yanan, in the area of compliance, labor and legal risk control was led by partner Wang Jianping, in the area of intellectual property, anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition and consumer rights protection was led by partner Li Wei, and in foreign-related investment and overseas legal protection was led by partner Jia Hui. These six teams, each composed of several partners and senior lawyers, will provide comprehensive legal services for the client.
